The results are in from the Sysco Central Alabama spring promotion, and they are remarkable! Sysco salesmen were charged with selling the most beef they could during May and June, in efforts to win a Big Green Egg smoker, funded by the Alabama Beef Checkoff program.  The final numbers showed an unprecedented 127,000-pound increase in beef over sales from last May and June.
